I am currently working with a National Firm based in Atlanta who are actively seeking Associate level candidates to join as they look to make expansion hires in their Insurance Defense Practice. Here are the headlines:

• Lower than Average Billable hour target: Work in an environment with a lower than industry average Billable Hour requirement of 1900 - with a hybrid office schedule alongside this
• Extensive Reach & Expertise: Operating across multiple locations the firm has built a strong national reputation for its specialized expertise in insurance coverage and litigation defense since 1994

• Insurance Defense Caseload: Provide counsel on various Liability claims, advising clients on compliance with state‑specific regulations and complex legal requirements across Premises, Product, General and Auto related cases
• Litigation & Case Management: Support senior attorneys in handling intricate litigation and accident insurance matters, managing key aspects of a dynamic caseload.
• Client Representation: Advocate for clients in construction and workplace dispute matters, ensuring strict adherence to accident insurance policies and regulatory obligations.
• Investigations & Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive investigations into site accidents, delivering detailed analyses and exceptional service to insurance and corporate clients

• Base Salary up to $160K Base
• Performance Based Bonus
