Talent Consultants is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in an onsite capacity. This role is perfect for an attorney with a passion for corporate law and a desire to work closely with clients on essential business transactions. The Corporate Associate will provide legal support on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance issues.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior attorneys and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the firm's growth.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and assist with the preparation of necessary documentation.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research, provide legal opinions, and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional legal services.
- Collaborate with other practice areas as needed to support cross-functional legal matters.
- 2-3 (Only) years of corporate transactional experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Georgia Law license
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Meaningful exposure to M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cross-border transactions and general corporate matters.
- Very strong academic credentials are required
- German speaking would be beneficial
