Overview

Litigation Associate - Atlanta (#810) at Baker Donelson. The Atlanta office seeks a litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join our Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group. A background in transportation litigation is strongly preferred, and experience in tort matters, defending motor carrier clients, and handling insurance coverage disputes will be considered a significant plus. Applicants must already be admitted to the Georgia Bar (no exceptions).

Responsibilities include participating in depositions, discovery, and motion practice, and contributing to the success of the Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group.

• At least three years of litigation experience.
• Background in transportation litigation strongly preferred.

• Academically strong with excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Practical experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
• Detail-oriented, with sound judgment and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
