, work directly with experienced partners, and develop the skills needed to eventually build your own book of business

• Defend high-value general liability matters
  , including:
  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Premises liability
  • Other tort claims involving bodily injury
• Handle professional liability defense
  , including:
  • Legal malpractice
  • Broker and agent malpractice
  • Miscellaneous professional liability claims
  • Represent insured individuals, corporations, and self-insured entities
• Manage cases from intake through resolution
  , including:
  • Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Appearing in court and arguing motions
  • Participating in trials and appeals

• 2–6 years of litigation experience
• Bodily injury or civil litigation experience preferred (not required)
• Criminal law litigators transitioning to civil litigation are welcome
• Active Georgia Bar license (required)
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Desire for long-term growth and partnership
