The firm is deeply rooted in the homebuilding and home builder finance community, representing many of the region’s leading developers, homebuilders, lenders, investors, public entities and other key players in the home builder market. The Firm is seeking a commercial real estate associate with 3 to 7 years commercial real estate transactional experience. Applicants must be skilled in drafting land purchase agreements, cost sharing agreements, operating agreements, and real estate finance documents. The ideal candidate will represent a diverse range of clients—including private and institutional developers, investors, lenders, homebuilders, and public entities—in complex real estate transactions from concept to completion.

Base salary, benefits, and bonus structure are based on experience.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Salary from $150,000 to $200,000 per year
