🔍 The Role- Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation
- Early exposure to case strategy, discovery, and motion practice
- Work directly with multiple partners (exceptional training & mentorship)
- Hands-on responsibility across active matters
- 1–2 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Excellent legal research & writing skills ✍️ (writing sample required)
- Strong academic credentials (top ~15–20% preferred)
- Willing to be in-office and fully engaged as a junior associate
- Humble, hard-working, detail-oriented mindset
- Plaintiff-side work with real responsibility early
- Direct partner access and meaningful mentorship
- High ethical standards and quality-over-quantity practice
