Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced case manager to support Veteran's Affairs Disability cases. In this crucial role, you will help our veteran clients navigate the complexities of disability claims, ensuring each case receives the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and coordinate disability cases for veterans in collaboration with attorneys.

+ Gather and review relevant medical documentation and evidence.

+ Conduct client interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the claims process.

+ Prepare and submit claims and appeals to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

+ Track case progress and update clients, attorneys, and relevant parties.

+ Advocate for veteran rights and guide clients to available resources and support.

+ Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

+ Knowledge of VA disability claim processes and federal regulations preferred.

+ Prior experience in case management, social services, healthcare, or legal support.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Ability to work compassionately and confidentially with veteran clients.
