Join Our Team as a Litigation Paralegal
. Rutherford & Christie LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our firm in Atlanta, GA. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in the legal industry.

• Assist attorneys with discovery responses, deposition prep, and non-party discovery
• Conduct research and writing for cases
• Assist with Court appearances and trial preparation
• Assist with settlement negotiations and drafts
• Manage subpoenas and deposition scheduling

• Experience in Georgia civil procedure and civil defense litigation
• Strong oral advocacy skills
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation
• Ability to draft pleadings and discovery

• Familiarity with Lexis, motions practice, and e-filing
• Knowledge of tort litigation

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer health insurance, 401(k) options, vacation leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
