Real Estate Staff Attorney

Overview

The Atlanta office of Holland & Knight has an immediate opportunity for a staff attorney with approximately 7 years of experience for its national Real Estate practice. This position will primarily focus on affordable housing. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in real estate finance, with familiarity in LIHTC and bond deals, construction/permanent loans, and working with subordinate financing a plus.

This role will have the ability to run transactions from beginning to end, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating with paralegals on title/surveys and checklists, and communicating directly with lenders, borrowers, and counsel. Attention to detail, commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters is essential.
