We are seeking an experienced
Paralegal with 7–10 years of commercial real estate closing experience to join their Atlanta-based legal team. This role will support a high-volume transaction environment, working closely with internal attorneys and external counter parties to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant closings. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced deal environments and enjoys taking ownership of complex transaction workflows.
- Prepare and review commercial real estate closing documents using digital and e-signature platforms
- Conduct detailed title review, including commitment analysis, exception review, and curative title resolution
- Coordinate closing logistics with landlords, lenders, originators, and title agents
- Track approvals, signatures, and executed documents through digital workflow systems
- Communicate independently with attorneys and external parties to resolve outstanding closing issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- 7–10 years of commercial real estate closing experience (residential-only experience will not be considered)
- Strong background in title review and curative title work
- Experience in law firm or in-house CRE environments; high-volume transaction settings
- Experience reviewing titles and drafting negotiations/edits to clear/close out any flags
- Proficiency with Salesforce and digital/e-signature tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
- Ability to work well in a hybrid setting (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
