• Engage in commercial real estate transactions with leasing, ground leasing, and development for office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties, as described in the posting.
• Work with a diverse array of clients, including household-name retailers, restaurant operating companies, and private equity investors and sponsors.
• Collaborate with senior team members to support leadership, growth, and a path to partnership where applicable.

• Have 6+ years of experience involving commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on leasing, ground leasing, and development for office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
• Retail/shopping center leasing experience is a plus.
• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia or willing to seek admission to the Georgia Bar.
