The Loch Group is assisting a national law firm in an exciting search for a Corporate Associate Attorney.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 2-4 years of experience as a licensed attorney practicing at a law firm.
- Experience handling M&A transactions
, corporate governance matters, cross‑border matters, and other general corporate transactional work. - Conversational or fluent in German would be ideal.
- Admitted to practice law in Georgia
.
- National law firm with reputable corporate practice group.
- Notably welcoming firm with excellent retention rate, i.e., attorneys tend to stay at this firm for a long time.
- Opportunity to get excellent hands-on experience with sophisticated deals.
- Annual Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $210,000
, commensurate with experience.
