Commercial Real Estate​/SBA Paralegal

Overview

Atlanta law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who has at least five years of experience. You will work with attorneys on a variety of commercial real estate and commercial lending transactions including SBA loans.

• Title and survey review, ordering title examinations and performing title curative when necessary
• Performing legal research
• Preparing closing checklists and binders, security deeds, escrow letters and estoppels
• Communicating with all parties involved in transactions to obtain necessary information and documents
• Coordinating closings
