Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at The Spencer Law Firm. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal cases, conducting research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, taking and defending depositions, and trial. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Litigation experience is preferred
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of personal injury law
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting legal research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
