Complex Commercial Litigation Associate (Atlanta / Winston‑Salem)
Join Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP as a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate. The position will be based in either the Atlanta, GA, or Winston‑Salem, NC office.
Qualifications- Minimum 3+ years of commercial litigation experience or judicial clerkship experience.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Strong law school credentials, including law review experience preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Former judicial clerks preferred.
- In‑office position; remote work is not available.
Full‑time. The role is entry level and based on seniority.
LocationUnited States – GA – Atlanta; or NC – Winston Salem.
