Qualifications- 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Regulatory and privacy litigation experience a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
- Relocation to Madison, WI, necessary and fully reimbursed.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
