Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Practice Group
. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on class actions
- Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits
, including but not limited to:- Employment discrimination
, workplace privacy
, and EEOC/DOL matters - Wage and hour claims
, statutory or common law privacy issues - Products liability and consumer fraud disputes
- Employment discrimination
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues
Key Responsibilities
- Litigate a variety of high-profile class action cases
, with a particular focus on
labor and employment class actions - Develop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation
, from discovery to trial - Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions
- Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively

Expected annual base salary of $350,000+, as determined by experience and market factors - Bonus Eligibility
