We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Counsel with at least 5 years of transactional construction experience to join our Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, New York, or Washington, DC office.

As part of the Construction Group, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking matters in collaboration with senior attorneys.

• At least 5 years of high‑caliber experience in a law firm environment negotiating large infrastructure project agreements and complex construction projects.
• The ideal candidate will have experience representing public and private owners and private contractors on public and private development projects; and, will have experience with some of the following matters: drafting and negotiation of construction contracts (including design‑build, design‑bid‑build, design‑build‑finance‑operate‑maintain, construction management, EPC, design, development), public‑private partnership, contract administration, risk management.
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
• Candidate must be admitted to the Bar of the state for which they are applying or meet the requirements to waive in.

The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $305,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
