Position Overview:
The Atlanta office of Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell is searching for an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably with some insurance defense background. The position is a mix of attorney professional liability defense, general liability defense, and medical malpractice defense. This diversity of cases presents a unique opportunity for learning and growth.
This position is hybrid in-office and remote.
Responsibilities- Assume attorney professional liability defense cases.
- Handle general liability defense cases.
- Manage medical malpractice defense cases.
- Assist senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Preferred background in insurance defense.
- Strong analytical and client communication skills.
