A highly respected Am Law 200 firm with 200+ attorneys and offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is expanding its nationally recognized Affordable Housing and Real Estate practice. We are seeking a talented attorney with 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate development — with experience in multifamily acquisition, development, and finance. Expertise in joint venture equity and LIHTC transactions is highly valued.

• Competitive Compensation: 250,000 - 285,00 for starting range + DOE, plus potential bonuses, within a realistic, balanced workload.

• Expertise in real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, development, ownership, and sale of commercial, mixed-use, and apartment projects.
• Skilled in structuring and negotiating real estate joint ventures and partnership agreements.
• Experience advising developers, syndicators, and investors on low-income housing, historic, and new markets tax credit matters, including finance and tax structuring.

Location Flexibility: This position is available in either Atlanta or Washington, D.C.
