Our client is a fast growing law firm in the Atlanta area and seeking to hire an Attorney for their First Party Property Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation team. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with plenty of opportunities to make bonuses, you should definitely apply:

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia
• One or more years experience as an attorney within property and casualty, experience with homeowner claims or personal injury preferred
• Responsible for drafting pleadings, complaints, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment
• Appears at mediation, settlement conferences
• Takes and defends depositions
• Trial experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
