Bos Staffing Seeks Associate Attorney for Highly Successful and Prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia

You will be:

• Consult and handle all legal processes
• Develop company policy and position on legal issues
• Taking depositions of both lay and expert witnesses
• Research, anticipate and guard your client against legal risks
• Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
• Negotiate and settle cases for catastrophically injured clients
• Represent the client in legal proceedings
• Draft and administer all contracts
• Negotiate deals and attend company meetings

If you have:

• 1 - 3 years of proven background in personal injury law
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills
• Administrative and managerial skills
• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
• Computer skills
• Current license to practice law
• BS degree in Law
