CS​/EE Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney or Agent

An Atlanta‑based IP practice seeks a Patent Prosecution Associate with 3‑4+ years experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and a technical background. The role involves drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications, responding to Office Actions, conducting Examiner interviews, and working closely with inventors on portfolio strategy.

Experience with
AI‑related technologies is strongly preferred. Admission to the USPTO is required. Billable hours are 1850 and compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Qualified candidates are invited to apply confidentially immediately.
