A nationally recognized trial-focused litigation firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Atlanta office. The team handles high-stakes matters across product liability, toxic torts, insurance defense, and complex commercial litigation.
This is a strong platform for attorneys who want meaningful trial exposure, hands-on casework, and the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients and regional businesses alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case files from initial pleadings through trial prep
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, and prepare discovery responses
- Support trial teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
- Handle insurance coverage, product liability, and commercial defense litigation
- 2-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense-side work
- Strong writing and case management skills
- Prior experience in product liability, toxic torts, or insurance law preferred
- Georgia Bar admission required
