The Dennis Law Firm's Atlanta, GA office is seeking a driven Attorney to join our elite team. You will gain immediate responsibility over caseload, benefiting from the resources and platform of a leading Personal Injury firm. This includes marketing, pre-suit lawyers, support staff, and operations, along with mentorship from some of our most successful trial attorneys. No billable hours, no need to generate your own cases.

• Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation case work
• Drafting and filing pre litigations documents, demands and memoranda of law
• Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage release and approval process
• Manage case managers
• Drive compliance and KPI’s amongst team
• Assist with property damage and EOU’s

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
