Our client is an AmLaw 200 Atlanta based law firm with an immediate need for a Transactional Real Estate Associate in their Atlanta office. Full relocation expense is offered for candidates relocating outside the Atlanta area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years' experience representing investors, financial institutions, and developers in the acquisition, leasing, sale, and financing of commercial properties. Additional experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing due diligence, and coordinating closing and post-closing matters is helpful.
