Commercial Real Estate Associate

Are a mid to senior level real estate associate looking to make a move and run your own deals? Our Am Law 200 client is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its growing Atlanta office.

Latitude is seeking an attorney with 3-6 years of experience to make the move to a collegial large but not too large Atlanta based law firm where everyone knows your name and you will be supported and have growth opportunities.

Prior experience working in the real estate practice group of an Am Law 200 firm or top boutique is highly preferred. The firm is open to supporting relocation from other markets.

• 3+ years of real estate experience with an Am Law 200 firm or leading boutique
• Experience working on purchase and sales, financing and office/industrial projects.
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia or able to waive in
• A desire to work as a leader and team member building on a long track record of success in a collegial, small group practice within a leading international firm
