We are seeking an associate attorney with 1‑5+ years of defense litigation experience to join and work closely with our Atlanta practice group on a sophisticated and active litigation docket. The role focuses on trucking and transportation matters, premises liability, construction‑related disputes, and complex insurance defense litigation.

• The associate will handle a diverse docket that includes personal injury and wrongful death matters, construction defect and product liability claims, dram‑shop cases, and commercial and contract disputes.
• Represent national and international transportation clients, insurers, and real‑estate and property‑management companies.
• Hands‑on involvement across all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, expert coordination, and trial preparation.

• 1‑5+ years of defense litigation experience.

• Experience in general liability, personal injury, or premises liability defense.
• Comfortable taking ownership of cases.

• Experience in trucking and transportation litigation.
• Experience in construction‑related disputes and complex insurance defense litigation.
• Deposition experience is a plus, as well as strong law and motion experience.
