Job Description: Our client is seeking an Associate to join their nationally recognized Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, solid law firm experience, excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of broad and sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey review, and development work.

Experience with joint ventures and/or borrower‑side financing is preferred. This is a national search, so candidates must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where they are applying.
