- Oversee budgeting, bookkeeping, and coordination of tax filings
- Maintain impeccable financial records and compliance standards
- Serve as a poised point of contact for clients and vendors
- Support attorneys and refine office workflows to ensure efficiency
- Handle sensitive firm and client matters with absolute confidentiality
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong Microsoft Word skills and excellent typing accuracy
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded
- Professional, discreet, and trusted with confidential matters
- Law firm management or administrative experience
