The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Labor & Employment Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Atlanta or Charlotte office. You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.
The Day-To-Day
As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have
- 2-5 years of labor and employment experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, administrative charges, policy review, investigations and counseling.
- A collegial, cooperative approach and enjoy working with experienced lawyers, sharing ideas, resources and best practices.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia bar.
