Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Case Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Case Manager will handle day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake to resolution. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, gathering and organizing case-related documents, coordinating with medical providers, and assisting attorneys in case preparation. The Case Manager will also maintain case files, track case progress, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
Responsibilities- Manage case progression from intake to resolution for personal injury matters.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate with medical providers and other parties.
- Gather, organize, and maintain case-related documents and files.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and tracking deadlines.
- Ensure timely progression of cases and adherence to firm standards.
- Case management and client communication skills
- Experience in document handling and organization
- Knowledge of medical coordination and personal injury law
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies, healthcare management, or related field is beneficial
