Litigation Attorney

Job Description

Established and growing personal injury law firm located in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of litigation and trial experience. Ideal candidate will have prior personal injury experience, confidence, compassionate, be motivated to learn, and eager to excel. We are looking for someone who will grow with the firm.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Respond to discovery.

• Manage caseload of prelitigation files and caseload of litigation files

• Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents, as necessary.

• Attend court hearings as required.

• Provide excellent service to all clients.

• Represented clients in personal injury accidents; auto, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, premises liability and product liability

Qualified candidate must be in good standing and have a Georgia license. Must be able to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
