• Ensure quality control across all files, reviewing policies, endorsements, and documentation for accuracy and adherence to standards
• Draft error‑free submissions to communicate coverage terms to underwriters, maintaining clarity for clients
• Analyze and underwrite risks, rates submissions for premiums, and assess exposures for quotes on new and renewal business
• Process new business to drive revenue growth while maintaining client retention and profitability
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams to enhance collaboration and trust

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in wholesale brokerage, commercial insurance coverages, sales, or underwriting
• Must meet minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and negotiation skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through educational courses and licensing programs

• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation
• Experience in building a strong network of industry contacts to support sales growth
