About the Role

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager
, you’ll be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of mid-market and large corporate clients. You’ll oversee their full insurance programs from property and liability to auto and specialty coverages, ensuring seamless renewals, proactive solutions, and best-in-class client service.

Responsibilities
  • Managing client relationships with precision and care
  • Leading policy renewals and negotiating with carriers
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Producers to deliver tailored solutions
  • Resolving client inquiries and providing expert advice on coverage needs
  • Contributing to growth initiatives in a dynamic and supportive office
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in Commercial P&C account management (brokerage experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and processes
  • Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: approximately $90k base, with performance bonuses; total compensation well into six figures.
Benefits: full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
