About the RoleAs a Commercial Lines Account Manager
, you’ll be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of mid-market and large corporate clients. You’ll oversee their full insurance programs from property and liability to auto and specialty coverages, ensuring seamless renewals, proactive solutions, and best-in-class client service.
- Managing client relationships with precision and care
- Leading policy renewals and negotiating with carriers
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Producers to deliver tailored solutions
- Resolving client inquiries and providing expert advice on coverage needs
- Contributing to growth initiatives in a dynamic and supportive office
- 3+ years in Commercial P&C account management (brokerage experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and processes
- Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Salary: approximately $90k base, with performance bonuses; total compensation well into six figures.
