Technical Business Analyst
Atlanta, GA (30332) Hybrid
6 Month Contract

This role serves as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud, providing advanced troubleshooting, data integration support, and technical guidance.

Responsibilities include managing UAT, driving user adoption, and enabling both technical and non technical functional users. The role also requires strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate across business and technical teams.

Key Job Duties

Provide ongoing user support and resolve complex Salesforce issues.

Enhance reporting through advanced dashboards, custom report types, and cross filters.

Build and optimize Marketing Cloud features, including Cloud Pages and workflow integrations.

Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.

Ensure data quality across systems and troubleshoot segmentation and automation issues.

Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead experience

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform App Builder
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Strong requirements gathering and needs analysis skills
Excellent problem solving with a curiosity driven approach
Experience in project management, documentation, flows, diagrams, and wireframes
Solid Salesforce technical knowledge (App Exchange, data management, reporting, Marketing Cloud)
