A major healthcare system in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands‑on technical support to medical and business staff. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

• Provide outstanding customer support to clinical and business teams
• Perform hardware break/fix, including cable management, workstation setup, and device component swaps
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 OS and related issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various applications
• Assist with basic imaging of devices (mostly automated) and, if needed, escalate issues
• Work on‑site in a hospital environment with significant time spent on your feet

• Training:
  First 3–4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Ongoing Shift
  • Fri: 8 AM – 4 PM
  • Sat & Sun: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Mon & Tue: 8 AM – 4 PM

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate‑level hands‑on desktop support experience
• Proficiency with Windows 10 troubleshooting
• Hardware break/fix experience (peripherals, components, workstation setup)
• Basic imaging experience
• Ability to thrive in a hospital environment

Pay range: $25.00–$30.00 /hr.
