This role requires advanced knowledge of documentation processes, business system architecture and associated technologies, advanced skills in data organization and analysis, problem solving, systems documentation and report writing as applied within assigned systems. It also requires functional leadership, cross‑communication between functional users and technical groups, ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities, analytical and presentation skills, excellent organization, time management, and professionalism.

- Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues.
- Strengthen Salesforce reporting by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including cross filters and custom report types.
- Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.
- Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from technical and non‑technical teams.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a strong comfort level in Salesforce.
- Experience with project management tasks, including requirements writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wire framing.
- Understanding of Salesforce tools, including App Exchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems.
