The Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst works closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to analyze and translate simple-to-complex business needs into scalable solutions.
This is a techno-functional role responsible for:
- Understanding and documenting business requirements
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment and agreement
- Collaborating with developers, architects, peer BAs, Scrum Masters, and Project/Program Managers
- Delivering key business and technical capabilities
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in:
- CPQ
- Quote-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
- Advanced Business Systems Analysis
- Act as a functional and solution analysis authority for Salesforce and related platforms
- Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements aligned with business and technology strategy
- Drive planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects and enhancements
- Evaluate and manage cross-functional and cross-system dependencies
- Create and groom user stories; collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions
- Execute Agile processes including sprint planning, Jira updates, and backlog management
- Identify process improvement opportunities and act as a trusted technology advisor
- Support organizational change management and solution launches
- Maintain awareness of upstream/downstream integrations and system intersections
- Coordinate and perform system testing to validate requirements
- Lead and support UAT, including issue tracking and end-user sign-off
- Partner with business operations to deliver small to medium projects and ongoing enhancements
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related field
- 3+ years of Salesforce or CRM experience in an Enterprise IT environment
- 3+ years of Conga CLM or other CLM platform experience
- CPQ & CLM certifications – preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and execution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
