* Key Responsibilities:

*** Manage business requirements for integrations with Workday and HR systems.
* Drive review and approval of functional specifications and data mappings.
* Oversee the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle.
* Document business process flows supported by defined business requirements.
* Participate in the testing phase, identifying test scenarios and documenting test cases.
* Serve as a triage point of contact during testing, acting as SME for defect validation.
*
* Skills Required:

*** 3+ years of experience with payroll and GL integrations.
* 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.
* 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
* Advanced BA skills with integration and conversion experience, including requirements gathering, functional design, data analysis, data mappings, data validations, and testing.
* Strong ability to interact with technical, functional, and business teams.
* In-depth knowledge of HR/Compensation business processes.
* 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM and integrations.
* Experience in creating process and data flow diagrams.
* Experience in creating test scenarios and test cases.
* Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** IIBA or PMI Certified Business Analyst certification.
* Functional/technical experience with Workday Recruiting.
* Experience with payroll systems and integrations with vendors like ADP.
* Familiarity with test management tools such as Zephyr or Practitest.
* Experience in designing custom IT solutions.
* Experience with global deployments.
