Position: IT Support Analyst — Service Desk (Tier 1) On-Call
A leading rehabilitation center in Atlanta seeks a Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 user support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, incident documentation, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of Help Desk experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Windows and MS Office are essential.
