Mölnlycke is now looking for an EDI Process & Application Specialist in our Metro Atlanta office!

In this role, you will ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable electronic data exchange between the organization and its trading partners. The role leads coordination of EDI activities, establishes partner connections, analyzes data flows, and identifies and resolves any data errors or failures.

Working across the organization, the EDI Specialist supports testing activities, interprets incoming messages, and documents findings. The position also defines business requirements, prepares clear documentation, and collaborates with the global delivery team, external partners, and stakeholders to develop business processes and support solution configuration aligned with team objectives.

• Operate and monitor customer EDI message flows (orders, confirmations, ASNs, invoices)
• Ensure high availability, data accuracy, and SLA compliance
• Incident management, Problem Management (root cause analysis), and corrective actions
• Collaborate with integration team on acknowledgments, retries, and error queues

• Lead and support customer EDI onboarding
• Analyze customer EDI specifications and implementation guides
• Configure mappings, validations, and partner profiles
• Coordinate testing (connectivity, message, end‑to‑end)

• Maintain and support the integration team
• Collaborate with customer service (and finance) teams
• Connectivity: EDI VAN, AS2, SFTP, OFTP2

• Customer requirements
• New EDI standards or versions
• Business process changes

• Customer EDI requirements
• Industry standards (EDIFACT, X12, Peppol)

• Maintain technical documentation and partner profiles
