Onsite Requirements: Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week (either NY or Atlanta office)

Role Type: Contract with potential to extend and convert to FTE

Experience Level: 3–5 years (Senior-level within DLP Security Operations)

Pay Rate: $87–$88/hr

This role is highly hands-on –
ideal for someone who lives in DLP tools daily and knows how to investigate, tune, elevate, and automate security workflows.

Experience especially around Zscaler DLP, with a focus on policy development.

To support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Security Operations team.

Core responsibilities will involve:

• Managing and monitoring DLP security platforms
• Investigating alerts and escalations
• Collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to refine security controls
• Supporting compliance and incident response functions

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Platforms — Symantec, Microsoft Purview, Zscaler, Forcepoint, McAfee, or Digital Guardian
• Security Monitoring & Incident Response
• Reviewing and triaging DLP alerts (email, web, endpoint, cloud)
• Investigating user data movement and escalating high-risk events
• Tuning DLP policies to reduce false positives
• Knowledge of Core Security Stack:
• Firewalls, VPN, IDS, EDR, AV, Secure Web Gateway / Proxy
• Understanding of Data Classification & Compliance Frameworks:
• PII, PCI, PHI, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, SOX, PCI-DSS
