Overview and Responsibilities

The Digital Platforms Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) will support key initiatives on  as well as the Digital Dealer Tools program, helping to elevate the digital experience for shoppers both online and across Mercedes‑Benz dealerships nationwide. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to digital content operations, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration. Key

responsibilities
  • Digital Content Operations:
    Support digital signage content across dealership screens, adapt content for specialized displays, maintain calendars, and curate content as part of the Digital Facility Element (Digital Signage) program.
  • Marketing & Communications:
    Create content topics and support updates for marketing newsletters.
  • Reporting & Metrics:
    Assist with monthly reporting, monitoring tools, compliance tracking, and audits; present insights.
  • Process Building & Automation:
    Support automated workflows, governance processes, and collaboration with vendors and agency partners. Assist in creating automation for existing and new processes.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing:
    Validate content, monitor expirations, audit reporting, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • A/B Testing & Continuous Improvement:
    Support the creation and management of an A/B testing backlog on key pages of , identify high‑value test ideas, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities that enhance digital experience performance.
  • Digital Strategy & Research:
    Conduct competitor research, benchmark UX patterns, and explore emerging technologies. Stay informed about automotive and luxury trends.
  • Cross Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work with IT, vendors, internal stakeholders, and agencies; support incoming inquiries.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, including rising juniors or seniors seeking corporate experience, graduate students with relevant experience, and early career candidates preparing for advanced professional roles.
  • Available for 12‑month period, beginning March 16, 2026.
  • Hybrid schedule at the Atlanta office for up to 28 hours/week. Onsite at least 3 days per week.
  • Proof of proficiency (Class project, portfolio, recommendation letters, etc.).
Preferred Skillset
  • Exposure to website design concepts or UX best practices through coursework, personal projects, or online learning.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new tools, with the ability to interpret data and synthesize technical documentation into clear insights.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, or Power BI, and interest in learning additional project or analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, leveraging a driven‑to‑win attitude.
