Job Description
The Department of Community Supervision is seeking to hire one Technical Support representative. The selected individual will support the Agency Google Apps for Government environment, Chromebook Hardware, Android Hardware, and the proprietary Agency Web Portal. The candidate must be a self starter and be an excellent customer service oriented problem solver. We are a cutting edge technology shop in support of a large Public Safety Agency with roughly 2500 staff and approximately 150 sites across the state of Georgia.
Some day trip travel will be required to address technical issues at work locations.
