- Administer MS Exchange Server, Exchange Online (M365), and Proofpoint (TRAP, TAP, EFD, SER, POD)
- Troubleshoot complex messaging issues and drive incident resolution
- Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell and scripting tools
- Support hybrid cloud messaging projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical messaging systems
- Enterprise experience with Exchange Server & Exchange Online hybrid environments
- Hands‑on Proofpoint administration (TRAP, TAP, EFD, SER, POD)
- Strong Power Shell scripting skills
