We’re looking for a Fractional Data & Systems Architect (Healthcare/Enterprise Reporting) to help stabilize and scale reporting infrastructure for a growing relationship‑wellbeing platform working with large enterprise clients.
This is a short-term, project‑based consulting engagement (not a full‑time role).
Forwardly supports employees navigating relationship repair, separation, and divorce through a combination of digital tools and human Care Coordinator support. We are currently supporting enterprise clients with multi‑source reporting and are expanding our data infrastructure to support continued growth and scalability.
We are seeking an experienced consultant to help us further strengthen and scale our secure reporting and data workflows as we expand enterprise partnerships.
Scope of Work- Map and document existing data flows across core systems (Drupal platform, Hub Spot CRM, and Care Coordinator reporting workflows)
- Enhance and standardize secure workflows supporting Care Coordinator documentation and structured activity capture within a PII‑regulated environment
- Recommend and implement appropriate secure architecture and tooling (SOC 2–aligned, HIPAA‑aware environments as applicable)
- Design and automate aggregation of multi‑source data into a centralized, structured reporting dataset
- Develop repeatable, scalable reporting workflows supporting enterprise client deliverables
- Produce clear documentation and SOPs to ensure operational redundancy and long‑term scalability
- Advise leadership on right‑sized infrastructure decisions balancing security, scalability, and cost
- Data architect, BI consultant, or analytics engineer working in healthcare, EAP, HR tech, or regulated environments
- Experience handling PII or HIPAA‑adjacent data
- Comfortable working with APIs, exports, SaaS integrations, and workflow design
- Experience advising early‑stage or growth companies is a plus
- Engagement expected to begin immediately
