IT Support, Systems Administrator
Corporate Environments, a Miller Knoll Certified Dealer, is seeking a hands‑on Help Desk Technician to support and maintain our internal IT environment. The Help Desk Technician is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of client infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities across multiple locations. The Help Desk Technician ensures system reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring, documentation, and ongoing process improvements.
We are looking for a responsive, systems-oriented professional who can solve problems quickly while supporting business‑critical platforms. This role will be onsite in our Atlanta showroom with standard office hours between 8 AM and 5 PM, with a possibility of hybrid‑optional Fridays. Expected travel up to 5% of the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day‑to‑day technical support for staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support onboarding/offboarding and device setup
- Escalate complex infrastructure issues appropriately
- Assist with Microsoft Azure administration (Azure AD / Entra )
- Maintain backups, patching, and endpoint compliance
- Support and assist in managing Core ERP platform
- Coordinate system updates and troubleshoot performance issues
- Work with Finance and Operations to ensure reliability
- Coordinate AV systems and security systems (cameras, access control)
- Work with vendors to maintain building‑related technology systems
- Ensure proper documentation and integration with IT environment
- 2+ years of IT support/infrastructure experience
- Experience with Microsoft Azure required
- Network troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Certifications (Azure, Network+, Security+) are a plus
