Apple Device Repair Tech

TRC Talent Solutions in is looking for an Apple Device Repair Tech for our client in Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in Apple devices, such as screen replacements, battery replacements, motherboard repairs, and other component-level repairs.
• Unlock Apple devices by bypassing locks and resolving software-related issues in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Perform software diagnostics and updates, including iOS/macOS installations, bug fixes, and firmware restorations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs, costs, and timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest Apple technologies, repair techniques, and industry standards.
• Manage and document repair jobs, including parts inventory and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer privacy, and data protection laws.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience repairing and unlocking Apple devices.
• In-depth knowledge of Apple hardware and software ecosystems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used for device repair and unlocking.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working in a professional repair environment or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of unlocking techniques for iCloud-locked devices and jail breaking (with adherence to legal constraints).
• Experience handling sensitive customer data responsibly.
