SOX ITGC & IAM Governance Manager

We are looking for a Senior SOX ITGC Governance Manager to work out of Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
• The position requires on-site presence five days per week in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.

• Support SOX 404 and SOC 1 compliance activities
• Partner with technology teams, internal audit, and external auditors
• Lead governance routines, executive reporting, and risk escalation processes
• Assess control effectiveness and drive remediation initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise in SOX ITGC domains, with focus on Identity & Access Management and logical access controls

• Demonstrated experience in SOX and Active Directory,compliance
• Strong knowledge of IAM governance frameworks
• Familiarity with SailPoint, Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management tools
• Experience in regulated or financial services environments preferred
